Greg Weatherly is the man at the helm of Compass Pest Management Consulting. The business provides experienced direction to business owners and executive leadership on a wide number of topics like business strategy and implementation. Working endlessly for 30 plus years in the residential and commercial Pest Control Service industry comes experience and knowledge to deliver the best value for all his clients.

Greg has experience in how to successfully run a business and achieves this through his expertise, common sense, and leadership capabilities including how to motivate, develop, build teams and manage employees that align with the vision of the company goals. Greg is currently a partner in four pest control businesses, so he understands the challenges of running the day-to-day operations, while looking at operations from a more strategic perspective to direct the actions needed to stay profitable and growing the business.

Previously Greg was with Truly Nolen of America, Inc., where he spent 28 plus years moving up through the company. Greg held many positions during his tenure. His roles included Sales, Service Supervision, Service Management, Branch Management, District Management, Director of Technical Service Training and Fleet, VP of the same department and Executive Vice President for the Company; responsible for all departments. Greg’s last few years at Truly Nolen, he spent building the National Commercial Division along with Mergers and Acquisitions. These endeavors for both ventures were highly successful for the company. Greg holds a Qualifying Party License in Arizona and an Operator License in California.

A big part of his career with Truly Nolen, Greg spent developing many programs, processes and protocols, which are still in use today. Greg always looked at challenges as opportunities, and ran towards these opportunities to fix, build and grow.

He began his service industry experience at Truly Nolen Pest Control that started as a job and quickly became a career. Somewhere in his 2 or 3 years, Greg said the pest control industry became his calling. Greg likes to say this is not as much about the bugs as it is about the people; it is the people business we just get to the people because of the bugs. Greg also gives back by being very involved in his community and sits on the Board of Directors as Chair Elect for the Great Vail Area Chamber of Commerce (GVACC) and the Arizona Pest Control Association (AZPPO) as a board member at large currently and Chair of the Membership and Communications Committee. Greg is married to his wife Liz, they live in Arizona, and they are the proud parents of two daughters.
